Fee:

SASWH Members (Saskatchewan Healthcare Employers) & Education Institutes = $183.75 (GST incl.)

Non-Members: $1,107.75 (GST incl.) * please contact SASWH for a multiple seat pricing*

*Note your employer must already be licensed in PART in order to register attendees. You will be invoiced after the training session.

PART trainers are certified to teach general participant sessions. To become a PART trainer, candidates must:

- have job duties that allow for the time to prepare for and provide PART training sessions

- support and follow-up with workers

- have effective skill and ability to educate others, at every level within an organization

- have effective observation, listening and clear communication skills

- complete the PART Train the Trainer (TTT) course which is normally three (3) full days. 

To maintain a trainer status, trainers must:

- attend a trainer re-certification session at least once every 3 years (teaching to the Intermediate level) or every 2 years (teaching to the Advanced level); and,

- teach a classroom general participant session or re-evaluation session at least once a year.

Resources: Training materials will be provided by SASWH.

Lunch/Refreshments: Not provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Attire: Please wear scrubs or loose fitting comfortable clothing (pants) along with secure, closed toe/low-no heel footwear (for example running shoes).

Candidates are asked to bring their own pens and paper, sticky notes/flags, highlighter(s), etc. as these items are not provided.
